Where’s the session?
Depending on what the portrait is for and where’s convenient for you, there are 3 location options: Your workplace, your home or outdoors.
Work portraits can be taken in your workspace. Social photos and Memories are usually taken at your home. Outdoor photos largely depend on the light (best at dawn, dusk or an overcast day) and where the location is - something that we can work out together.
A mobile portrait backdrop (light grey) can be taken to various indoor locations.
If you live outside of the Adelaide metro, no problem. Customers from regional South Australia are also welcome to enquire.
How to prepare for the session?
Wear clothes that you feel comfortable in. Feel free to bring a couple of outfits. There will be a bathroom or mirror available to check your appearance. It’s always good to have an idea on how you’d like to look. Bring in some examples that you have in mind or a style that you have seen on my website.
What happens in a session?
Before the shoot we chat about what you would like to get from the session. A variety of photos can be taken in a 20, 40 or 60 minute session (depending on your preferred package). At the end of your session, you can look through the images and pick your top photos. These are the photos that I will edit and send to you.
ALL photos are High Resolution images.
Can we photograph more than one person in a shoot?
Yes you can. Shots with multiple people are ideal for your team at work or for getting a group of friends or family together. It can make a shoot fun. Have a look at the Triple Package.
How do I get my photos?
After you pick your top images at the end of your SnapShot session, within 24 hours we’ll upload your photos to WeTransfer for you to download.
How are my images edited?
You can choose to have your final images appear exactly how they were shot, in black and white, or photoshopped with a range of filters - it’s completely up to you. I can help decide the best approach for you.
How do I pay?
I ask for payment at the end of each session. I accept Visa, Mastercard and all debit cards, as well as good old-fashioned cash.
How can I get more photos from the session than my package permits?
I always take LOTS of photos of you during each SnapShot session. Additional photos (or photo edits) are charged at $20 per image.
